Residents of Jomvu Sub County have raised concerns over gaps in service delivery under the current leadership during a series of public engagement forums held across the area.
During a day long meet and greet leadership tour, Hon. Karisa Nzai Munyika, 
Political Advisor to the Office of the President, interacted with diverse groups of residents who presented their grievances, suggestions, and expectations regarding local governance and development.
The discussions largely centered on the quality and responsiveness of public service delivery, with many residents calling for improved efficiency and stronger accountability from leadership structures.
Hon. Karisa Nzai Munyika emphasized that effective leadership is measured by the well being of citizens and the ability of leaders to respond to their needs in a timely and responsible manner. He reaffirmed his commitment to promoting leadership that prioritizes service delivery, inclusivity, and continuous citizen engagement.
He further noted that sustained dialogue between leaders and wananchi is essential in understanding community challenges and shaping responsive governance strategies.
