President William Ruto has reaffirmed his government’s commitment to strengthening an inclusive leadership system by working closely with grassroots leaders and elected representatives to ensure government decisions reflect the real needs of citizens.
Speaking at the Kisii State Lodge, the President emphasized that collaboration with local leaders is aimed at promoting equitable development across all regions of the country without discrimination.
He noted that the government is committed to ensuring that development is not concentrated in specific areas, but is fairly distributed to benefit all Kenyans.
President Ruto further pledged to fast-track the implementation of key development projects in Kisii and Nyamira counties. He said the move forms part of a broader national strategy aimed at boosting economic growth and improving the livelihoods of citizens.
The Head of State added that infrastructure development, expansion of business opportunities, and improvement of social services will be prioritized to ensure wananchi directly benefit from government policies.
He reiterated that inclusive governance remains central to his administration’s agenda, stressing that no region will be left behind in the development journey.
