As we all set to usher in New Year in celebrations, Ruthalia Benjamins, Y254Tv #PwaniMusic show host will be ending 2017 and welcoming 2018 in pain, loneliness and agony as she had lost her mum after ailing for a short time while receiving treatment at Makadara Hospital on Friday morning.
Ruthalia whose birthday is today, a sad coincidence her mum described as of integrity, selflessness, and commitment to justice and the truth is no more to celebrate with her.

Ruthalia Benjamins ”Mum we tried our best, yesterday was more than 24hrs moving up and down to save you, i talked to God endlessly but you still left us . I know now you are better placed and in peace resting. Rest in peace mao wapo, we loved you but God loved you most. One thing, i promise to workhard for these kids. Rest in peace mum, you are one woman who taught me to be strong and fight, i believe this was just your day’‘. she wrote
