Masufuria Bin Mabakuli, an artist from Mombasa, was recently given the amazing chance to take part in an artist exchange program in the United Kingdom. Masufuria expressed his appreciation on Facebook after reflecting on his trip, stating that being immersed in the global art environment was a rewarding experience for him as a creator.

Masufuria stated, “Being able to understand the landscape abroad and meet wonderful people who share the same passion for creativity was a really nice experience.” In addition to exhibiting his own work, the Mombasa County native saw the tour as an opportunity to pick up new skills, comprehend other artistic mediums, and form deep bonds with artists from all backgrounds.
